Delight in the creamy, tangy goodness of our deviled eggs! Perfectly boiled eggs, halved and filled with a rich mixture of yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and a hint of paprika.   1. 1. Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove from heat. Let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool completely.
  3. 3. Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. 4. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with additional paprika for garnish. Serve chilled.
