Indulge in the decadent luxury of baked brie! Encased in a golden puff pastry shell, this creamy French cheese oozes warmth with every bite. Topped with sweet honey, nuts, or fruit preserves, it's a sophisticated yet comforting treat that's perfect for sharing or savoring solo. Whether served as an appetizer or a dessert, our baked brie promises to elevate any occasion with its rich, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a circle large enough to fully encase the Brie.
  3. 3. Place the Brie in the center of the puff pastry. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with nuts, if using.
  4. 4. If using fruit preserves, spread them on top of the Brie before drizzling with honey.
  5. 5. Fold the puff pastry up and over the Brie, pressing to seal and trim any excess pastry.
  6. 6. Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
  7. 7. Place the wrapped Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
  9. 9. Let the baked Brie cool for 5-10 minutes before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
